How to disable Fire+Police+Medical in webapp?

I just installed my Ad2PI and everything is working great. I don't have my keypad function keys configured to dial the police or fire department -- instead they're just convenient buttons for me to arm the system in "Away" or "Stay" mode.

So I want to reconfigure the web app to...

- Not show the police, fire, and medical icons (S1, S2, S3 is fine)
- Not prompt me with "Are you sure" when I press these buttons.
- Not show the "Police notified" notification afterwards.

Is there a configuration setting for this, or do I need to dig into the Python code? I didn't see anything in /etc -- Where does the app keep its settings?

This is all handled in the keypad template - we are currently in the midst of reworking how those are done.
