I believe this is a 15SE one I have not seen before but AFAIK it will work just fine because AD2* works with SE panels.
You can confirm this by pressing 1 and 3 on a keypad and having it show what the address is. If its 31 then just set the AD2* to address 31 like in the install videos and you will start seeing messages and be able to arm/disarm etc.
If it does not work we will arrange a RMA but I suspect it wont be an issue.
