Hello,
One of my physical control panels for my Honeywell WA20P-3.0 alarm system is having button trouble. Some of the buttons on the left side are not working when holding them down. The numeric buttons still work fine so I can still set and disarm it. The alarm was installed about 15 years ago by a mom & pop alarm company that was assimilated by Guardian a few years ago. Is this "user panel/control module (?)" a part that I can still purchase and replace myself?
I am running AlarmDecoder on a Raspberry pi but I won't even pretend to know anything about the alarm software/programming world. I managed to stumble through installing the pi and AD , and it works great sending emails and push notifications when things happen, and that's all I needed it to do.
Are there commands that I can use to tell the model of the panel and the board that would help to identify it? I read "Honeywell WA20P-3.0" off the chip on the motherboard. Any clues would be appreciated. Thanks.
