Notifications: admin vs another user with admin rights

I recently updated my AD2PI firmware to the 4/29/16 version. I couldn't use the update feature in the web interface due to some sort of memory allocation issue (I have an 8 GB micro-SD card). So I exported my settings and imported them after re-flashing the micro-SD card. When I did so, I noticed that if I log in as a user (me) that I set up with admin privileges, I'm not allowed to access notification settings that I must have set up while logged in as admin. Is that normal? I'd provide more precise details, but I'm behind a work firewall and can't log into my AD2PI right now.

Each user has their own notification settings. Only user id 1 has access to everything (default admin user)
