Can not send commands

I just installed my first AD2USB. I can see messages form my panel, but I am not able to send commands to the panel.

using the Windows GUI tool I see this in the logs:

What panel? Have you assigned a keypad address that is unused to the ad2usb that is enabled in the panel programming?
