AD2PI stuck in setup mode after cold power-up
Posted: Sat Mar 03, 2018 12:19 pmI am running the 2.2a.8.2 firmware with an Ad2pi board on a raspberry pi 2. If I power off the pi and power it back on, I notice that the decoder board is in the setup mode (somewhere in the middle of the settings I think). I have to reenter setup (=.) and reset the address to 31 before it will work again (I have a Vista20Se). I was wondering if anyone else had similar issues?
This only happens on a cold start from a power cycle. If I am running and just reboot the pi, it comes back normally. No doubt it might be something in my config that is sending characters to the board, but I'm not sure about what might be different from a cold start vs just a reboot. It's a bit of a problem if I have an extended power outage that causes the battery to deplete completely....
