Some EXP messages not captured

Postby jrussell05 » Sat Nov 18, 2017 5:08 pm

Hello,

I have an AD2USB connected to a Vista 20P panel. I'm running the latest version of the Keypad App, 2.0.10. I also have the latest firmware, 2.2a.8.8 installed.

I'm trying to debug my setup with OpenHAB. I'm noticing from the log that some EXP messages don't get received. See the below:

11/18/2017 7:21:36 PM [10000001000000003A--],008,[f70000f71008001c08020000000000],"****DISARMED**** Ready to Arm "
11/18/2017 7:21:39 PM !EXP:09,02,01
11/18/2017 7:21:39 PM !EX> Item List changed name: 09 id: 409
11/18/2017 7:21:40 PM [00000001000000000A--],026,[f70000f71026000008020000000000],"FAULT 26 GARAGE ENTRY "
11/18/2017 7:21:43 PM [00000001000000000A--],025,[f70000f71025000008020000000000],"FAULT 25 GARAGE MOTION "
11/18/2017 7:21:47 PM [00000001000000000A--],026,[f70000f71026000008020000000000],"FAULT 26 GARAGE ENTRY "
11/18/2017 7:21:48 PM !EXP:09,01,00
11/18/2017 7:21:48 PM !EX> Item List changed name: 09 id: 409
11/18/2017 7:21:48 PM [10000001000000003A--],008,[f70000f71008001c08020000000000],"****DISARMED**** Ready to Arm "

As you can see, the EXP message "!EXP:09,02,01", which is the Garage Entry, gets picked up. However, the corresponding, "!EXP:09,02,00" message is missing. As well, there is no "!EXP:09,01,01" message for the Garage Motion, only the "!EXP:09,01,00" message saying that the zone is OK.

I also sometimes get "!EXP:09,05,02". I thought the only allowed values for the third set of digits was 01 and 00. The AlarmDecoder binding in OpenHAB won't parse the message with "02".

Here are my settings:
11/18/2017 7:13:07 PM Sending 'V' command to the AlarmDecoder
11/18/2017 7:13:07 PM !VER:ffffffff,V2.2a.8.8,TX;RX;SM;VZ;RF;ZX;RE;AU;3X;CG;DD;MF;L2;KE;M2;CB;DS;ER;CR
11/18/2017 7:13:07 PM Found Version String
11/18/2017 7:13:08 PM Sending 'C' command to the AlarmDecoder
11/18/2017 7:13:08 PM !>
11/18/2017 7:13:08 PM !CONFIG>MODE=A&CONFIGBITS=ff04&ADDRESS=18&LRR=N&COM=N&EXP=NNNNN&REL=NNNN&MASK=ffffffff&DEDUPLICATE=N

Any ideas?

Thanks
