Devices not restoring from faulted state in Vera

I've contacted Vera support and the guy blamed it on AD2* (though I think he is incorrect)... I have a VISTA-20P setup with AD2USB and a VeraPlus. The AD2*/VISTA setup are functioning perfectly over Windows. I also have the modem addon and Compass which also function perfectly. I'm sure it's just some sort of timeout or refresh setting somewhere but I cannot find it. Does anyone else have this issue??
If I fault a door sensor or motion sensor which was added via the cheat sheet, Vera puts them into alarmed state, but does not switch them back.
Thanks for any info on this problem,
Ryan

Quick update, I convinced the Vera support people to look into it and they spent about an hour or so trying to figure it out. The tech I was talking to hit a dead end and notated what he had tried in my ticket / let me off the hook. I'm at a complete loss as this is a first time install for all of these components for me.

I'm pretty sure you can increase or decrease the TTL values in the app on the Vera. The TTL value tells the Vera how long to keep the zone reported as 'faulted' (door open) before it checks again. E.g. Let's say the TTL value is set to 60. The garage door is open and Vera detects this. A countdown from 60 now occurs. If the garage door is still open at the end of 60, it stays faulted/open for another 60. I think that's how mine used to work, not able to check at the moment but it's worth playing with the TTL value.

Setting TTL at the panel to 15 seems to have done the trick. It isn't the best option, but it's certainly good enough for my purposes right now. Thanks a bunch!
