I'm running the raspian image that came with my appliance when I ordered it. Do you recommend switching to the docker image? If so, what is the best way to transition? Do I need to install a fresh image without the custom settings you shipped to me or can I simply run the docker install script and let it do all the configuration?

If it works don't break it

That said, if you want to transition, it's better to start from a fresh raspbian image
