anyone have an issue with the AD2pi causing a Check103 error

I have been having a random, but constant reoccurrence of a CHECK103 0000 error, which is typical with a loss of internal communication. Everything regarding the GSM and ECP have been fine, and all diagnostics check out. I came across a more obscure Honeywell document to diagnose this issue (http://www.froulaalarms.com/cd/Loss-of- ... ta-Low.PDF), and had me try taking off the AD2pi from the system. Well, that did the trick. I reviewed the installation and settings, particularly with the correct keypad setting, and they seemed ok. As long as I keep the AD2pi disconnected from the panel, I don't get the error. Once I reconnect it, it will throw the CHECK issue.

Anyone experience this, and maybe have a solution?

103 is the long range radio error.

Do you have an LRR device? If so you do also by mistake have LRR emulation enabled on the AD2*?

If you do not have another existing LRR device and you have LRR enabled on the AD2* then make sure you do not interrupt its operation and if you upload firmware or do anything to the AD2* that would take it offline you first enter programming mode on your panel.

Best

Ahhh, let me see if that setting is toggled, and try that to see if it works.

Ok, I made the changes, verified that the keypad address was correct, and turned off LRR emulation (I do have an LLR device.)

Since the error occurs randomly (and usually at night at 3 am for some crazy reason), I'll leave it like this and see if the problem manifests again. If not, then I'll assume that was it. Thank you!
