Hello, I have a Vista-20P and I entered the *97 (factory defaults). Now I have the installer code (4-1-1-2) but I'm wondering if all the existing configurations has been erased ? I can't return to normal operation and I have only on 1 display panel working the other one seems dead.

Yes factory defaults erases all of your programming - you will have to reprogram everything.
