This thing works great and really seems to be solid, but I had to write this review because the tech support on this is beyond amazing. I'm a total newbie, and both Kevin and Sean have been helpful WAY beyond the call of duty. I emailed for help Saturday night around 9pm and got an email back within half an hour with the offer of a phone call to help. And this is the second time I've received support like that, so I know its not a fluke. Thanks so much guys!
